Hello, and welcome! I’m Emily, a Kansas City based painter. The main focus of my work is local landscapes, featuring the big skies one often stops to marvel at throughout Missouri and Kansas. I love to play around with making art from my travels, too, so you may see a piece from the mountains, coast or anywhere in between, as well.

Most of my art is done in oil paint, though I also enjoy drawing and sketching in various other mediums. I enjoy the challenge of capturing the movement and reflected color in the sky, landscape and everything in between.
